Ordering
By ordering any item from us you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
Have a valid open account with Inland UK Ltd.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.
When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
1. Where the goods ordered by you are not available
2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
3. If there has been a pricing or product description error
4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

If paying by card you will be charged the shown amount when you place the order on-line. If paying on Account you will be invoiced and these need to be settled within 30 days. Should an item be unavailable after payment has been taken we will contact you to discuss delivery/refund options.

Pricing
Prices shown do not include VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate. Charges for delivery will be displayed to you prior to you placing an order.

Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch items that are in-stock on the same day for orders placed before 3.00pm Monday-Friday. Whilst we make every effort to minimise delivery time, the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Where we inform you of delays, you will have the right to cancel your order or to accept our revised projection for your delivery.
If the goods your order from us are not what you ordered or are damaged/defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 7 days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive your order within 28 days of notification of dispatch, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of our maximum delivery period of 28 days from the date on which we notified you of dispatch of your order.
If goods are delivered by courier you are required to check the goods for signs of damage and, where you believe damage may have occurred to mark the courier’s paperwork to indicate that the goods are ‘damaged’. Where goods appear to be substantially damaged, refuse delivery completely and contact us.

Order Demendments
If you wish to change or cancel an order contact us on 020 8863 9248 between 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday.
If your order has already been despatched, then you will need to follow our returns procedure. The cost of returning goods must be paid by the customer and all goods must be received in original packaging and suitable for resale.

Returns
Returned goods will not be accepted without our prior consent. Goods are returned at the buyer’s risk and expense. Special orders (Full Prescriptions), opened packages and unsaleable goods will not be accepted for credit. Unless the goods are faulty, or an error has been made on our part, a 20% handling charge will be made on goods returned for credit. Returns should be made within 28 days of receipt of the order.

Back Orders
Items that are out of stock and special order items will be placed on back order. Back orders will be supplied as soon as possible up to 90 days from the order date, unless notification is received of cancellation.
